All of our herbs at Recsam Group are grown organically from our farm in Kiambu, Kenya. Each crop goes through careful harvesting and packing and is overseen by an on-site agronomist to ensure standards are maintained throughout the year.
We have a constant supply of herbs which we can import throughout the year by growing our produce in climate-controlled greenhouses. We use no pesticides or chemicals and we are licensed and regulated by the Good Agricultural Practice (GLOBALG.A.P), Kenya Plants Health Service (KEPHIS) and Agriculture & Food Authority (AFA).

Rosemary is one of the most fragrant of the Mediterranean herbs and has been used for thousands of years for culinary and medicinal purposes. From the upright variety to the compact creeping type, rosemary comes in a number of forms and we can supply you with the product you need.

Thyme originates from Europe, Asia and Africa and has over 300 varieties. It is an extremely durable herb that is widely used for its flavouring and medicinal purposes. Essential oils can be extracted from the leaves which are used in the production of mouthwashes and hand sanitisers.
Thyme is an evergreen plant that has small aromatic leaves. It is used around the world in soups, stews and sauces. Dry and fresh thyme complements meat and fish dishes, whilst the plant itself is often used in ornamental pieces.
